Our tumblers are handmade with polyester quality glitter and coated with FDA compliant sealer for a smooth, glass like finish that will keep the decal from peeling with normal everyday use. The clear coat is a UV resistant sealer that can withstand temperatures as high as 375 degrees; however, we would not suggest to leave in hot places such as vehicles.
This item is handmade so your cup will be one of a kind. No two cups are alike.

9. DO NOT EXPOSE YOUR TUMBLER TO HIGH TEMPERATURES FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME.

Since we do work with custom orders and all tumblers are handmade there are NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS unless there is a terrible mistake on my part in which case, I will request the tumbler returned to me for inspection and will either fix it or replace it. It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of the processing time. If the item is damaged upon arrival, you will send the item back to me to be fixed if necessary. The shipping charges will be paid by YOU unless otherwise discussed. I do not refund the cost of shipping due to it being processed through a third party (the Post Office). If a refund is necessary, it will be given.
* If you are needing to cancel your order, it MUST BE COMPLETED SAME DAY as the initial order was placed or it will not be honored. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
