The Privacy Policy for All Thingz Kreative, LLC is as follows we receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and operate the Services;

  2. To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

  3. To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

  4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it

SHIPPING & RETURN

Creation time is currently 2 weeks on tutu sets, converse and stadium seats unless otherwise noted. Please allow that full amount of time plus approx. 3-5 business days for domestic shipping 2-6 weeks for international shipping. If your shipping date falls on a weekend or holiday your order will ship the following business day. 

 

All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Priority Express Mail, depending on the most economically efficient shipping method for your package and which option you selected during the checkout process.

All Items are shipped with delivery confirmation and tracking number is provided. I cannot be held responsible for your package after it has been scanned" ACCEPTED" at the Post Office. If there are any issues after this point, you will need to contact the Post Office.

I do not guarantee delivery dates and I am not responsible for Post Office damage or delays. If I can show via tracking that I shipped your order with enough time for it to get to you based on the transit times provided by the USPS, but it doesn't arrive on time, I cannot issue a refund. The only exception is if you paid for priority express shipping, in which case I will refund you only the shipping charges and only after I received the shipping refund from the USPS. The only guaranteed shipping method offered by the USPS is Priority Express, so please keep that in mind when selecting your shipping method.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you do not have your purchase. please check with your neighbors and check all possible places the postman could have left it. If you still do not find your purchase, please contact your local post office.

International shipping is available; if you do not see the option for international shipping please email us before ordering so that we can discuss the cost of shipping to your location and get a listing set up for you. Any customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Orders will only be shipped to the address you provided at checkout, so please double check that it is correct and current. Refunds will not be issued for orders delivered to the wrong address.

If you want insurance on your purchase, please email us prior to checking out.

Order cancellation will be granted only if requested with 24 hours of placing the order, with the exception of rush orders, custom orders and orders that I have already begun working on. After 24 hours have passed, all sales are final and there will be no returns, refunds, or exchanges. If you receive your order and a mistake has been made on my part, you must notify me within 3 days (72 hours) of the order delivery so that I cam promptly correction the mistake.

Due to the nature of these products,Returns are not accepted on custom made items such as tutus,dresses,shirts,bling shoes,or anything of that nature. Embellishments may differ due to stock or discontinued items but we can guarantee the item will be perfect and very close to the original design.

Please read all of the information provided in the listing descriptions to answer many of your questions about --production times and sizing-- to avoid unnecessary emails and cancellations. All sets are non-refundable due to the nature of it being personalized. Unless it is an error on my end SIZE NAME AGE all sales are final.

Each custom order included but not limited to fabrics, fonts, patterns, colors, ribbons, beads, rhinestone, trims, etc are subject to availability and may be substituted when necessary and without notice. Substitution will always be as similar as possible to the item pictured.

  • What if I left off some information in the customization field?
    If you left off any important information on an order email us immediately at allthingzkreative2016@gmail.com and let us know what information you left off your order.
  • Do you accept returns, refunds, or exchanges?"
    No, returns, refunds or exchanges are not accepted due to the fact that all orders are custom made. Please make sure that the information you put in the customization field is correct, IE.. Size, name, age, color prefers and theme. If more information is needed for sizing please email All Thingz Kreative.
  • Converse sizing for adults.
    Converse shoe sizing are unisex sizing. For adults it's important that if you want a man size shoe please state in the customization field or all adult sizing will be consider woman sizing. Unless specified by the client. Example: If you request a size 8, we will assume 8 women. If we make the shoe in a size 8 women and you want an 8 men and did not specify that you wanted a 8 men ,you would have to purchase another pair of shoes for the remake.
  • Items missing or defects.
    You have 7 days after items are marked delivered to contact us of any missing items or product defects.
  • How do I care for my Tutu dresses, Tutu sets & bling shirts and clothing?"
    Tutus and Tutu dresses are spot clean only. Bling clothing are handwash and layed flat. Do not use fabric softners on any of the items.
  • Do you accept deposits?
    Deposits are only accepted for orders over $200.00. All other orders must be paid in advance before an order can be processed.
  • How long does it my order to ship.
    Once order is complete it usually ships next day. All packages are shipped USPS, which usually takes anywhere from 3 to 7 days. A tracking number will be sent at the time of shipment.
  • My package has shipped but I gave you the wrong shipping address.
    Unfortunately, We can not offer a refund or a remake an item for packages sent to the wrong address. If the pakage is returned to us, you will be required to pay shipping for the item to be sent back out.
  • It shows that my package was shipped or delivered but I never recieved it.
    Unfortunately, after the package shows that it has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for the order. USPS, UPS, or FED-EX becomes the responsible party. You would need to contact the provided carrier to resolve the matter. All Thingz Kreative will be responsible for lost, damage, or undeliverable packages, if caused by us.
  • If I want an order sooner is there a Rush Fee?
    A $25 to $ 100 dollar rush fee would be added depending on timeframe. If you want your package overnight an additional fee would be assessed.
  • How long does it take?
    ALl items are handmade-to-order and will take up to 1-3 weeks from time of order until shipment. If you are needing and item faster select the Rush order option.
